Crafted from the first flush (Ichibancha) spring harvest in the southern coastal reaches of Japan, Bayside is a ceremonial-grade matcha that offers a mellow, velvety experience with soft umami notes and hints of sea air. A blend of Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars, shade-grown under kabuse for three weeks.
Expect a silky mouthfeel, gentle creaminess, and flavour notes of steamed greens, ocean air, and delicate sweetness.
Pure, potent, and calming – these incense sticks are made only from the Heartwood of Indian Sandalwood, bound with natural Namu bark and nothing else.
