Return policy
Please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order by emailing us at hello@zenergimatcha.com.au including your order number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the product either being defective or non-defective, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 120 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to reach your account.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
Matcha tins are exempt from being returned once being opened. Please note that the cost of a return is covered by you.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Processing Time:
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Standard Post: 2–6 business days (depending on your location)
Express Post (Metro Areas): 1–3 business days
Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
Express Shipping: $15 flat rate
Free Shipping:
We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $75.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We now ship to the following countries:
New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, United States, Canada, United Kingdom

International orders are sent via Australia Post using Standard or Express services.

All international orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. You’ll be able to select Standard or Express shipping options before completing your purchase.
Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import fees charged by their country.
These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authorities.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance processes.
